Yeah, Formula E evolved massively in a very short time, their current topspeed is now close to 280 km/h as the power output increased to 250 kW

All current geneation Formula E cars use single gear.
There is a reduction between the motor and the wheels, but there are no shiftable gears anymore.

Also a small suggestion (this should be matter of minutes if accepted) - would it be possible to add a simple, big flat plane of tarmac into the game? Just a flat land where we can build bigger layouts on. The carparks we have are too small for some more meaningful layouts or track replicas and floating concrete layouts look very stupid imo. Just a big flat area with no boundaries or environment would be extremely helpful.

On the serious note, I kinda like the fact the engine cannot be repaired at all, it makes you run the engine with care in long races, not destroying your car is a vital skill after all.
